
The Lose It App
Wow, this app is amazing. I’m trying to lose a few pesky pounds, and even though I’ve kicked up my work out routine, I need adjust my eating too.
Why I am loving the lose it app: I’m terrible at calorie counting. I have no innate sense of how many calories are in the food I’m eating. I also hate searching a calorie counting website to find out how many calories are in food - it’s time consuming, and almost impossible to find an exact match.
The Lose It app helps you avoid ALL these problems. It allows you to scan barcodes and then gives you the exact amount of calories, and other nutritional contents. It also tracks your exercise, your daily weight and gives you a lovely progress chart.
I highly recommend it.
